Cynthia has been a foundational part of our service department for the last 7 years. She is a veteran in industry with the experience to back it! Will State Farm pay for my rental car? Want to know how to insure your young driver? Need to know how to file a claim? Cynthia has all these answers and more. In addition to being such an integral part of the office Cynthia is a full time mom to 3 children, and a puppy! When she isn't in the office or spending time with her children she enjoys spending time with her husband of 22 years camping, hiking and traveling

We won’t say just how long Amanda has been with Julie’s office, but it's been long enough that the State Farm logo has changed since she started. Spending her entire life in the same industry naturally she is the Life Insurance guru in the office. Her passion for Life Insurance is deeply rooted in the value State Farm’s Life Insurance products place on family. With a large family of her own you can find Amanda out hiking the trails or playing board games with her children. Amanda is a great resource for those at any stage in life! Whether that be buying your first home, saving for retirement, or leaving a legacy for those you love.

Again, we won't say how many years Sondra has been with the Burnett Agency, but if you combined Amanda and Sondra's tenure you would be old enough to need a prescription drug plan! Sondra's experience in business insurance is unmatched in the greater Tucson area. If you are starting a side hustle out of your home, have a well-established brick and mortar storefront, or own rental properties Sondra should be your first call for business insurance. When she isn't in the office (which is rare) Sondra is traveling the world learning about the history and culture of the states and countries she visits.

From the great state of Wyoming Sarah is our Lead Account Manager. A recent Tucson transplant Sarah is the perfect first call for those moving to Tucson and the surrounding areas. Helping those new to the area with their Home and Auto insurance needs. When Sarah isn’t at the office you can find her challenging herself in the gym, a go getter through and through. Although she was born and raised in Wyoming she is an avid college sports fan and has always been a diehard AZ Wildcat. Beardown!! She even makes the occasional drive up to Phoenix to cheer on many teams at the State Farm Stadium!

The newest addition to the Burnett-Flanagan Agency Marcia comes to us with 15 years of experience in telecommunications. Marcia is a Tucson native with deep roots in the community, she has been a board member of The Tucson Rotary Club since 2005! Her loyalty is apparent through not only her passions, but her work as well. Marcia is the office lead in Health Insurance products. When Marcia isn’t in the office you can find her out and about in the community volunteering, practicing yoga in the park, or visiting one of her favorite local restaurants with her family.

Sam comes to us from Iowa, a recent Tucson transplant; she’s always exploring all corners of the community embracing the culture and unique opportunities Tucson has to offer. Sam prides herself in finding ways to get the office involved in community events and organizations. With a love for classic cars you can often find Sam braving the Tucson heat on the hunt for the coolest car show in town. With a vehicle restoration under her belt she should be your first call for those classic, and collector vehicles! If you happen to see her and Molly our office mascott out and about stop and say Hi! Molly always wears her State Farm bandana so you’ll know it's her!

Amy loves State Farm so much she splits her time between two offices. She has been licensed in Insurance for 30 years, her devotion to the industry is crystal clear through her work!

Her determination is even clearer in her free time! Amy is an avid walker and walks 5.5 miles a day, 365 days a year! (that’s over 2,000 miles) As if she isn’t busy enough Amy also has 5 kids and 3 Dogs that she enjoys spending a lot of time with, especially on their family vacations together.
