"We’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with State Farm and our local agent. When it comes to filing claims, the agent is unable to assist or provide guidance and simply refers us to the 800 number — where calls go unanswered and voicemails are never returned. This is not a one-time issue; it happened with our home claim two years ago and again now with our auto claim. The lack of communication and accountability leaves us completely in the dark about next steps. Unfortunately, this seems to be a repeated pattern with State Farm. We would not recommend State Farm or this agent based on our experiences."
